Company History
Founder and CEO
Zell Randle, founder and CEO of Randle's T-Shirt Company, LLC, and Living Brave Through Breast Cancer (TBC), exemplifies resilience and determination. A proud mother and grandmother, Zell's journey took a significant turn when she was diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time in 2014, 26 years after her initial diagnosis. Despite the financial strain of medical bills and a lack of support from organizations, Zell turned her adversity into action.
In 2015, Zell shared her story with Dr. Pamela Davenport, gaining a renewed sense of purpose: to uplift others battling breast cancer. In 2017, Zell and her daughter Avis founded Living Brave TBC to support survivors, providing resources, awareness to the community and hope through fundraisers and events, including the "Early Detection Awareness (EDA)" initiative. When searching for personalized t-shirts to gift fighters and families, Zell was overcharged and undervalued by unethical businesses. Undeterred, she learned t-shirt printing and launched Randle's T-Shirt Company, LLC, in 2021. Inspired by the legacy of her parents, who owned Randle’s Clothing Cleaners, Zell created a family- and women-owned business built on service and entrepreneurship.
Today, Randle’s T-Shirt Company is a beacon of hope and empowerment, offering high-quality custom apparel to the community while supporting breast cancer fighters and survivors as well as other nonprofit organizations.
Zell, affectionately known as The Screen-Printing Grandmother, is on a mission to inspire, empower, and leave a lasting impact — one t-shirt at a time.
