Company History
Founder and CEO
Zell Randle, founder and CEO of Randle’s T-Shirt Company, LLC and Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, embodies resilience. After facing a second breast cancer diagnosis in 2014, she turned hardship into purpose, advocating for survivors alongside her daughter, Avis, and launching community initiatives like Early Detection Awareness. Her experience searching for fair, ethical custom shirt printing in the Detroit area fueled her decision to learn screen printing and establish a family-and women-owned business in 2021.
Today, Randle’s offers custom workshop events for team building, staff appreciation, and birthdays across corporate, hospital, and church settings, sharing knowledge, creating community opportunities, and printing with integrity.
Known online as The Screen Printing Grandmother on TikTok, Zell is on a mission to inspire and empower others, one shirt at a time.
